Cairo

From Alexandria, we caught a train to Cairo and spent the next day at the Cairo Museum checking a mind boggling array of treasuresThe following day was devoted to pyramids. We started off at Giza and coughed up the extra $45- each to climb into the Cheops and the Khafre Pyramids.We then had a little kicky-kick then went had a look at the Sphinx. Then, crammed in our little daewoo with our driver, we went and checked out the Step Pyramid.There was some grumblings but, I managed to convince Kathy, Kids and our driver that is was a good idea if we also went and climbed into the Red Pyramid and had a look at the Bent Pyramid.
