Libya

Made it to Djerba and bumped into our Libyan Guide in the street. Had an early start this morning, were whisked across the Tunisian-Libyan border despite missing the little piece of paper that was supposed to be given to us coming into Tunisia. Apparently, 90 minutes is good time for that border crossing. It beats 3 hours at the Tunis port.
Stopped at the ruins of Sabratha for three hours and were dragged around the site by a guide which is mandatary. though he declined to join us for a spot of kick to kick in the Forum.
Currently in Tripoli where we will be spending the day tomorrow. The girls reckon they are going to pick up some bargins in the souk.
